Terms of Service

By accessing or using LoveNoteClub's website (lovenoteclub.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in your application
- You must be legally eligible to participate in social events in Thailand
2. Membership & Application
- All memberships and event registrations are subject to approval by LoveNoteClub
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion
- Approval for Club membership does not guarantee approval for individual events
- Member codes (LNC-XXXX) are personal and non-transferable
3. Events
- Event details (date, venue, format) are subject to change
- LoveNoteClub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, in which case registered participants will be notified and offered a refund or transfer
- Participants must conduct themselves respectfully at all events
- Photography and videography may occur at events for promotional purposes
4. Payments & Refunds
Speed Dating Events:
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours of approval to secure your spot
- Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event
- No refunds for no-shows
Club+ Membership (฿29,900):
- Full refund minus ฿5,000 administrative fee if requested before the first introduction
- No refund after the first introduction has been facilitated
- Membership is valid for 3 months from the date of approval
5. Code of Conduct
All members and event participants agree to:
- Treat all participants, staff, and matches with respect and dignity
- Not engage in harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior
- Not misrepresent their identity, age, or relationship status
- Not use LoveNoteClub services for commercial purposes or solicitation
- Respect the privacy of other members and not share their personal information
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from events, termination of membership, and a permanent ban from all LoveNoteClub services, without refund.
6. Photos & Media
- By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use on our social media channels and website
- If you wish to opt out, please notify staff before the event begins
- Photos uploaded during registration are used solely for screening and matchmaking purposes
7. Matchmaking Disclaimer
- LoveNoteClub facilitates introductions but does not guarantee romantic outcomes
- We are not responsible for the actions or behavior of members outside of our events
- Club+ introductions are based on our professional assessment but mutual compatibility is not guaranteed
8. Intellectual Property
All content on lovenoteclub.com — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of LoveNoteClub and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
LoveNoteClub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
